32 Years of Post Ph.D.Today marks a proud academic milestone as we (Mrs. Trupti Shah, Life Partner; and extended family members) celebrate 32 years since Prof. (Dr.) Paresh Shah was awarded his Ph.D. in Finance on 18 August 1994 under the guidance of Prof. (Dr. ) Pandey, I. M., then Professor of Finance and Dean of IIM,Ahmedabad. As his son, Fenil P. Shah, I am privileged to honour my father for his unwavering commitment to higher education, research, authorship, and academic excellence. Over the past three decades, his journey has inspired countless students, researchers, and professionals. His distinguished career has been recognised through numerous national and international honours, including the Eminent Jain Educationalist Award by the World Jain Confederation, the Peter Drucker Award for Excellence in Applied Research – Accounting, and recognition in the World Book of Records, London. His academic contributions extend globally through a D.Litt., authorship of books published by Oxford University Press (UK), Wiley (USA), Lambert Academic Publishing (Germany), and Taxmann (India), along with extensive contributions to research, teaching, and scholarly mentorship. His research continues to make a meaningful global impact, with more than 60,400 reads on ResearchGate and a strong Research Interest Score, reflecting the relevance and influence of his scholarly work within the international academic community.
